Projection mapping

Projection mapping, also known as video mapping and spatial augmented reality, is a projection technology used to turn objects, often irregularly shaped, into a display surface for video
projection. These objects may be complex industrial landscapes,
such as buildings, small indoor objects or theatrical stages. By using specialized software, a two or three dimensional object is spatially mapped on the virtual program which mimics the real environment
it is to be projected on. This has now become my favourite hobby. I am able to use my graphic design skills to create content that is then projected on various objects. I am constantly experimenting with this technology to create new and exciting art, and have started delving into audio responsive graphics and motion tracking to take my skills in visual communication to a new level.
